Please read these Terms carefully before using Moonlit Tales. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
Moonlit Tales provides one AI-generated personalised bedtime story per family per day, delivered at approximately 5pm UK time. Stories are generated using the child profile information you provide. Story content is produced by AI and, while we apply quality and safety checks, we cannot guarantee factual accuracy — these are fictional stories for entertainment.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you are a parent or guardian of any child whose profile you add to the service.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment information is collected during the trial. At the end of the trial, the service pauses unless you subscribe. Your stories are retained and accessible when you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing:
Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change the Standard price with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel at any time from your account's Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
You may not share your account with non-household members, attempt to scrape or export our content at scale, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any commercial purpose.
Stories generated for your family are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share them within your family. You may not sell, republish, or commercially exploit them.
We aim for stories to be delivered by 5pm daily but do not guarantee delivery times. Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or due to technical issues. We will not charge you for periods where the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours.
Our liability to you is limited to the monthly subscription fee you have paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
